I do not seem to have any way to lock my computer right now *at all*. Below are the steps required for creating a password in a Microsoft Windows screen saver. I have kept Screen server default settings , and wait 1 minute and on resume display logon screen. Moreover, in Power Options, system settings, password protection on wakeup has been already activated Group Policy Lock Screen After 10 Minutes After unlocking it (which resulted in 3 [!] startup/loading bars), the password requirement appears to be functioning normally again.I can't imagine this is the most efficient solution.

Problem DOES happen when any other user logs into the problematic computer. Join Now I have one workstation that simply refuses to auto-lock the screen. This never triggered for some reason. I have always had a sneaking suspicion that it was caused by interference from other nearby electronic devices. We have a base build (Win7) for HP Z600's and GPO for Screensaver lock works fine.
