What is wrong is that somehow the function listed on the Start menu (panel 1) has lost it`s active connection. When I click it, it does nothing. That's it Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!! It just does not want to work in the other two places (the Start menu and the right clicking My Computer and hitting Search).
