If AutoFill still doesn’t work, the website may not allow it. The login fields are being re-populated but I can' tell because they were filled already... someone on here said this is not supposed to work and i completely disagree. i'm running one password 5 not 4 and yes the browser extension for safari is installed and running.

You may have to turn on Passcode in the settings first.You can turn it off if you want but allow it to continue to access keychain when it asks.
