I've owned both PCs and MacBooks and I've come to the conclusion the Macs are far superior, in everything except gaming. The reason RuneScape doesn't run as well on Macs is because Macs don't have access to DirectX and instead rely on software or OpenGL. EDIT 2: Jkjk it's working again. Download Runescape Check it out.

Mac has been fucking clown shoes for a long time, and now that they're finally on a big boy architecture instead of that Motorola or PowerPC garbage and finally use a Linux users use wine for runescape too. I just duplicated the client, changed the line of code and problem solved. A good tip is not to boot the client in Safe Mode, because that uses the Software mode which is way slower than OpenGL. Tried dragging to desktop and it closes there too =[. All issues resolved. The problem you now have is that you own a wonderful laptop with great graphics but horrible gaming. I did have a small lag earlier today but 99% of the time it is great. Rating is available when the video has been rented.
