If it only lights up on one side then your fuse is bad. It had DRLS (I've since removed the fuse), so the lights were on in the "Off" and "Park" switch positions, and turned OFF in the "On" spot! The left side low beam headlight isn't working. You can try jiggling the red one to see if there's an effect and sometime re-seating it makes a temporary difference. I hope they do as this little box costs around $50 new, $20 used on eBay. We don't have a tech manual.
We checked all of the fuses and they are all fine. As it turns out, it appeared the cause was a crinkling of the coating on the bulb reflector.
